40W High Quality LED COB Downlight Factory

Hi everyone, long time no see. This is our high quality led cob downlight 40w. It's hot selling in the market.

This is led cob downlight with heavy heat sink and optical lens onto the led chip. We use CREE CXA2520 which can be made as 50w to make as 40w and this can keep long lifespan. Besides, we use Philips led driver model no. 9290 014 145, it's Certa drive, which output voltage: 30-42VDC, input voltage 220-240vac, PF over 0.90, Frequency 50/60Hz, enviroment temperature can be 80℃, it is a strong good quality driver. And this 40w led downlight empty housing dimension is diameter 200mm, height 100mm, cutout 180mm, it includes heat sink, reflector, front ring, lens, led holder, stong spring clips, screws and cable holder(wire clip) and white inner box. In order to keep good heat disipation, we use good heat paste which heatconductivity coefficient 1.5, grey color. And the led cable connector we use very strong and high quality, male side and female side each length is 25cm, long enough to connect.

What's more, we will test 24 hours each lamp to keep well quality. And if you need empty housing, we can offer that too. Each of our lamp we can warranty 3 years or 5 years.
