To improve the durability of the module surface, we have extended the electrophoresis treatment time during production. This process helps create a thicker and more firmly bonded coating on the surface of the module.
Compared with our previous version, the upgraded coating provides better protection against friction and surface wear during installation.

When installing the module with frames, the module surface may come into contact with the ring and experience friction.
With the enhanced electrophoretic coating, the surface is less likely to experience paint peeling during the installation process, helping the module maintain a clean and consistent appearance.
