The rotatable surface mounted downlight is a lamp you need to mounted onto ceiling when you like this kind lamp. The most is the lamp head can be rotatable, no matter from left or right.

And the one we make is mostly 12W, which is used with CREE COB CXA1507, the led driver inside the back is Philips brand, which we can give 3 years warranty. The CREE cob color temperature can be available for 2700k, 3000k, 4000k, 5000k. And the color render index can be over 80, or 90 or even 95. But the delivery for 90 and 95 will take some more days. And the Philips driver is available always. So if you buy normal CRI and normal color temperature, our delivery is with 3-5 days.
