And this flat downlight led lamp cover can be frosted PC cover or clear glass cover with middle dot, and the led chip style can be COB or SMD, you have several choice. What's more, the power can be 3w to 40w, which is better than led ceiling panel light round. And the heat sink aluminium is die-cast aluminum not 6063 aluminum, which is thicker and heavier and better in heat dissipation. And the face cover is more beautiful than panel light. If use COB type, you can use CREE LED or Citizen LED or Luminus LED, there's middle dot to cover the led. Besides, this type has 10 inch for 40W. You have so many options. Another significant factor, the shallow downlights uk has higher lumen than led panel light. More brightness.

For the LED round panel light, it just can be 3w to 20w usually, and the heat sink is short, it's not enough for the heat dissipation. And you know the led and pcb is put beside the round heat sink, stick onto the groove. It's not good for the led. And the round panel light is very slight, the spring clips is not strong, that's the weak points. And that's the why it's becoming cheaper and cheaper, and lots of suppliers are investing in the led panel light only for round, while the most buyers are from Asia, such as India, Saudi Arabia,Vietnam, Egypt ect, most from the developing countries.
